Our computer services division will acquire all the necessary hardware and software at excellent prices and will install the system within a few days.

Managing your dispensary

The MLMC will oversee the professional management of your dispensary and ensure that the day-to-day tasks are carried out efficiently.  This includes the collection of debtors, payment of creditors and expenses, stock control, etc.  Each month we will produce profit statements and hold a feedback meeting to discuss how we can improve your dispensary.

Staff and Training

The MLMC can select, employ and fully train all the staff that are necessary to run your dispensary.

Who provides the cash?

The MLMC will provide all the setup capital that is needed to establish the new dispensary.  Additionally we will provide the day-to-day capital to pay creditors and expenses.  You will therefore not need to provide any cash resources for the project.
